This is a walk of about 5 km, a beautiful hike through the hills at St Jorisbaai. The track is a little bit difficult to find, but I will try to explain it. It is a small track going through the hills aside St Jorisbay, the hills which are located between the bay and the sea.

After parking the car at end of the ‘real’ road, I walked the first part towards the left (with the water always at my right hand). You will cross the sail clubs and the place where people used to enjoy quad driving. When you get almost to where the water goes left towards the sea, you will see a small track going up. This is where aside the water you see a small boat wreck, if that wreck is still there of course. You will go up this track, although the track doesn’t really seem to be a hiking track (later you’ll find out it is, and what a beautiful one!)
2. Climbing the small track
As mentioned; where on your right hand you see a small boat wreck and a death tree, you will climb the track on the left. As soon as you find a track that is marked as a hiking track you will follow it to the left. This track will lead you for some time through small tracks and beautiful nature, going up and down a little bit, until you end up at a big car track (not paved). You will now follow the big car track rightwards in the direction of the sea. When you have the feeling that you have crossed the hills and you can (almost) see the see, you will see a small track on your right. You will take this track, it will take you back to where you more or less started to climb…
